I found this to be too general and not really very insightful. Yeah, drink more water, have more rest and eat organic to be healthier.
No surprise there.
I have a problem called cushing's disease, which is all about having too much cortisol in my blood. Cortisol is horrid. No one ever mentions that. I was pleased to read Health nut's comment here.
Your body also produces cortisol in response to stress, which is far worse for your body to recover from than adrenalin.
