I agree with most of what you have said about loosing belly fat to gain that six pack. But I would like to stress that cardio isn't necessarily everything, besides diet, weight training is also just as essential. I don't know if you have heard about it or not but there is also something called "cortisol" that has an influence on the fat around your belly.

I agree 100 % ! I am a Guy so it was probably easier - but lifting weights gave me the Abs I wanted. Lost 30 lbs in 8 months as well.
