Agree with below comments, this quiz was a ridiculous waste of time. Answering questions that I know were correct showed as incorrect. Could be confusing to someone less informed. That's 5 mins of my life I can't get back....
This is complete bullshit! Coming from someone who is currently majoring in the Food and Nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian, these questions are making people look so stupid like WTF? Obviously if you've had a habit of switching belts, obviously, you're experiencing fluctuations of weight gain and (importantly) weight loss.
Actually, Omega-6's are readily eaten in adundance (i.e. it's available in all kinds of foods), but it's true that an excess of them may have an increased risk of inflammation.
Overall, more attention to detail and accuracy of this article and *ahem* a reliable source is lacking :P
i worked for forty years in an office ,for the first five years i purchased my lunch ,and started to fill out ,solution bring my own lunch apple banana orange ,and a sandwich on whole wheat cheese ,salmon ,chicken ate the banana at 10 am sandwich at 11.30am,at high noon went for a brisk 45 minute walk ate the apple during the walk, 3pm i ate orange ,rain snow sleet heat walked, dropped 15 pounds in less that 3 weeks( saved a packet on dinner money) ,i kept this up for 35 years in three different work locations , in the same time frame seen three of my work colleges drop dead with a heart attack ,get the picture Billy boy
WTF wrong or right is not right 8-( >< 0.o
This was the stupidest "quiz" I've ever bothered to take. Half of the so-called answers conflict with the "right" or "wrong" response chosen. Who designed this nonsense?? Next time a simple checklist of helpful foods to fight allergies/boost immune system would suffice. Final analysis: Epic Fail.
Thanks for the quiz but you need to check how the answers are reporting.... the first question, I answered false to the yogurt question, and it pops back that it's the right answer, as does the question about antacids, I answered true to knowing when we bought them, and it again tells me it's the right answer. I stopped there.
Great quiz... I never knew that omega 6 oils increased asthma inflammation.
