Earth to Table

In Earth to Table (Random House of Canada), Canadian chefs Jeff Crump and Bettina Schormann provide recipes that use the best of each season, plus profiles of innovative chefs and discussions on foraging and preserving. The book's subtitle is "Seasonal recipes from an organic farm," but Crump suggests shopping from local producers as well, rather than buying strictly organic.
