I #1 and sleeping in cooler temperatures really work weel for me
Sad to see a few omissions...
Snuggle up with your partner (possibly after #2, lol). The warmth of their body and their breathing pattern will help you doze off to sleep quicker.
Read for 15-20 minoutes before turning off the light. I find it clears my mind of the many things that occupy it, and help me off to sleep
However, I do agree that #1 leads to #2, and #2 does lead to a great night's sleep!!! Is it coincidental these two are listed first?!
humph I knew this 40 years ago!
If you are going to comment on better sleep, Yes. naked is the only way!!!
If your starting a break up start the pajamas .!!!!
Ladies if you love your man get rid of the p j 's.

43 years of the freezer contact.

I practice TM meditation for 20 minutes twice a day. It gets rid of the surface anxiety and I usually fall asleep in less that 5 minutes
Slide 1 and 2 works for me!!!! :-)

I have to have the radio on....if nothing else. I turn to a talk show---the ills of the world takes my mind off any troubles I have. Besides that, sometimes they are very informative.
Hey Ken: I settle for option 2
If I drink milk before bed I will wake in the night unable to breathe. If I eat cookies or pasta I will awake in the night drowning in saliva.
