1. Take a deep breath

Giving your energy level a quick boost can be as easy as taking a deep breath. Dr. Woodson Merrell, author of Power Up, suggests the following: Inhale quietly and slowly, allowing your abdomen to rise, to the count of 4, pause holding the air lightly to the count of 4, exhale slowly, allowing your abdomen to contract, to the count of 6. Repeat four times. The simple act of slow, deep breathing can be incredibly energizing—and relaxing.

I agree with the others. This article could have easily fit on one page. I cannot stand this trend of writing lists such as these in slide shows. It is often a factor that keeps me from returning to a website.

Thanks for your thoughts, Hugh and Ime. We appreciate the feedback and will take your comments into consideration.

Agreed, one page for all images. I find the slide programs to be total time wasting annoying stupidity. Bad attempts to display more junk ads. I complain wherever this crap programming occurs.

Oh you can go wrong w a spinach salad once a day - Kidney stones anyone! lol

10 freaking slides how about all on one page?
