Wild Blueberry Mojito
10 mint leaves
2 wedge of lime
1 oz (28 g) simple syrup
1 oz (28 g) white rum
2 oz (57 g) Van Dyk’s Wild Blueberry Juice
1 oz (47 g) soda water
1. Place mint leaves, lime and simple syrup in a highball glass.
2. Muddle with a wooden spoon.
3. Fill glass with ice and add rum, soda water and blueberry juice, stir and serve.
Garnish with Mint leaf. Serves one
