Grapes of Life
This virgin cocktail is packed with antioxidants thanks to the Concord grapes and blueberries. Try freezing extra grapes to use as an icy garnish.
6 Concord grapes
5 blueberries

oz (90 mL) pineapple juice
1
oz (30 mL) elderflower syrup (available at gourmet food stores), or use honey instead
1
oz (30 mL) lemon juice
In a shaker, muddle Concord grapes and blueberries. Add pineapple juice, elderflower syrup and lemon juice. Shake and fine-strain into a cocktail glass to remove the bits of skin from the grapes and berries. Serve on the rocks. Serves one.
