I don't eat as healthy as I should, in fact I don't eat as much as I should for some reason. But I do not understand, with all the education out there why anybody would eat doughnuts for breakfast, or at any time of the day. They are completely empty calories, full of fat. A real no no.
Telling people that chocolate gets them kickstarted in the morning, and then trying to enable that by suggesting other, slightly less calories version of the same carb loaded sweet is idiotic. Tell people some better food choices, don't make an article critisizing the health of some items, and advocating other, equally terrible food choices. Thanks.
Sorry, but the worst breakfast of all is the one you don't eat.
