@lori pineapple is actually fairly low in fructose, so it's ok. It's high in other sugars, but moderate for fructose.

Since I grew up in the tropics and had the privilege of enjoying all these fruits, I would also like to remind readers that these fruits are very high in fructose, so those who may have the potential for diabetes should limit their intake. Otherwise, enjoy, these fruits are very sweet and very high in fibre.
