There are positives to drinking coffee at least for older people. Consumer Reports Health reported that new studies of old studies showed men age 50+up drinking 5 cups a day were 30% less likely to have contracted diabetes. The also reported women 50+up at 4 cups a day were 25% less likely to be diabetic. They are now reporting some evidence of reduced risk of alzheimers in coffee drinkers. The only downside risk I see is financial if you frequent Starbucks or Tim Hortons too much. Brew your own!!
"These surprising sources of caffeine? Coffee, tea, chocolate, Whats surprising about that. One other that may or may not be in beer but they don't let us know how much might be there.
The one thing that isn't surprising is the lack of new information in a besthealthmag article.
