No, I'm no doctor and I get what you're saying but think it's quite misleading for people who really don't have healthy eating habits. Too much salt, you have to have SOME, is awful for you - my doctors totally agree with me. Wiping off some of the foods that might have too much salt - come on. I particularly don't buy olives - I know they have good nutrients in them, although very salty. I don't purchase them, because I love them so much I can sit and practically eat a whole jar. This is the problem with a lot of these foods. I don't care for potato chips, never have, even the so called "better" ones, but people who DO, can't stop at a few and like me, with olives, have to eat the whole bag.
