who cares what they are called... they look delicious!! definately going to try them!!
Why is everyone getting so upset with each other? We're talking about dessert people. Let's get happy :)
These are indeed macarons. NOT MACAROONS or Whoppy Pies.
We understand that they are not called "macaroons"... In fact, we understood after the first comment. There is literally no need to keep saying it...
I will call them what ever I like. Its a free country and you need to get a life
i really dont know why they spelled it macaroons they probably either drink too much or it was translate in far lost away country !!
lollllllllllll :)
They are not macaroon, they are not whoopie pies... they are MACARONS!!!!!!!
While these might be delicious they are most certainly NOT macaroons.
These are M A C A R O N S, not M A C A R O O N S
The macarons are made with egg whites and sugar- there is NO coconut. Macaroons have coconut
Please don't call them whoopie pies either--the correct term is the French word "macaron". Not macaroons or whoopie pies!
It's 'macaron' not macaroon...not chocolate and coconut, as we know it. Also, it's 'fewer calories' not 'less calories'.
Nice recipes, but there's nothing "healthy" about them. Just about every time fat is eliminated or reduced in a recipe refined carbs are substituted which are worse than a little bit of butter or oil.
I hate it when people call whoopie pies macaroons, they are clearly not macaroons people!!
Great recipes - satisfy those cravings wil less calories!
