The only good part of the sandwich is the meat and veggies in the middle. Two slices or bread is approximately 36 grams of carbohydrates. The average sized man should have only 27 Grams of carbohydrates at a meal. (remember carbohydrates are sugar). For an average size women, she should only have 18 grams of carbohydrates. On top of that, there is not enough protein in the sandwich. Protein helps control the carbohydrate effect on insulin. All in all, not a good meal. Most people will gain weight on this.
Made me want to throw up. How can people eat this crap? I only live once and plan on actually enjoying my food, not forcing it down because it's healthy. Seriously disgusting.
