Hi Gee, the slide is referring to cinnamon. Adding it to your diet has been shown to have a positive effect on triglyceride and cholesterol levels. Thanks!
You state:
How much? As little as ¼ to ½ teaspoon of (1 to 2 mL) [OF WHAT?] a day could cut triglycerides and total cholesterol by 12 to 30 percent.
You make no mention of cholesterol in the intro paragraph. Would it reduce both triglycerides and cholesterol by 30 %?? Perhaps you could revisit this slide to clarify and provide a bit more info.
