The best way to drink your tea to get all the health benefits from it is without milk. The proteins in milk kill some of the healthy properties of tea and prevent your body from absorbing them.
I drink my tea with milk (English style). Is this still beneficial?
Too bad blueberries that you purchase at the grocery store (along with many other foods) contain over 40 pesticides including 24 hormone disruptors! Unless you buy organic of course.
Blueberries are good for you if they're organic or wild from uncontaminated land. The product showing up in grocery stores now probably comes from commercial plantations that started up to take advantage of high demand. Those blueberries will be heavily saturated with herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers which negate the healthful benefits of the fruit. Why eat low grade food to save a couple of dollars?
