Wow! It's called healthy eating. Going out to eat is not all about gorging your face on fatty food and bread. Stop trying to excuse your unhealthiness and appreciate the great tips! You won't be enjoying your life so much when you have health problems from all the crap that you insist on eating.
I enjoy food so much more when I'm hungry. Going out to eat is a treat, I'm not going to spoil that with a bowl of bran and a bland salad beforehand. Women need to focus on being fit, healthy, and happy at any size, and not on self-deprivation. We need to give ourselves permission to enjoy food and to stop treating it like the enemy. Don't touch the fresh warm fragrant bread? Why the heck not? We only live once, and enjoying food doesn't make me a bad person. It doesn't even make me an overweight or an unhealthy person. I'm sick of the media telling me that I need to diet.
Wow!!! All I can think about instead of enjoying my time out and nice dinner (which might happen once or twice a month if so...) is how to NOT eat anything what actually might taste good and I don't cook at home anyway.....Who does? What is the point of going out anyway?
With how many people that are hungry in this world to suggest that you order something and not eat it all is a big waste of food. Maybe if you are that crazy about your diet you shouldn't go out to eat cause it just wastes food that many many people would be happy to eat!
