Any diet program devised by Man is flawed and dangerous and should not be followed. There is nothing wrong with natural sugars, natural carbs, natural proteins, etc. Everything must be eaten in moderation. AND we all must exercise. We are animals of this earth despite our own superiority delusions and a sedentary life is a bad one. Eat wisely, sleep well and get those muscles moving.

You need to stay away from all sugars period if you want to lose weight. Even natural sugars in fruit will make you fat. Sugar is sugar plain and simple. That also includes, peas beets carrots and corn. Potatoes are full of starch and that is all potatoes.
