Too busy to cook

We're all busy. Whether it's working, caring for children, running errands, studying, volunteering or some combination of the above, we are all rushed off our feet. Too tired or unprepared to cook after 10 or 12 hours of perpetual busyness, we often take the easy path: a pizza or other takeout food, a frozen meal. Yet such pre-prepared dishes are filled with salt, sugar and fat. Then there's the shortage of vegetables, fibre and vitamins, not to mention the portion sizes—often huge. There is a better way.
