Welcome to the brand-new Best Health Challenge!
It might be August but fall is just around the corner, and the September issue of Best Health magazine is arriving in mailboxes - which means it's the perfect time to make fresh changes in our lives.
In this year's Best Health Challenge, we've created a new and improved version of what we started with last year. The biggest change is our weekly challenges. Every Monday, we'll post a new challenge for all participants to take part in. We can discuss our successes and strategies, and get help from each other on achieving our goals.
We're also still featuring an "official" Challenge participant in the magazine for the next four months. This year's participant is Kelly Mathews, who has already made great progress on her goals. Check out her story in the magazine and her blog online.
