Me too!
Welcome Katie, I find a regular routine difficult as well to maintain, I have been trying to sneak it in whenever I can...I have found evening walks with the kids has been one of the most successful ways so far that I can get some regular exercise. Good Luck!
Challenge Update
We are 2 weeks away from the 5km run, I am looking forward to the race and will post my results I have also added the 10 km race in the spring to my challenge list! Wish me luck!
Good luck!
Wishing you all the best on your runs. I love that you are feeling confident and positive about your health and fitness beyond this big goal. -- Megan Lau, web editorial assistant
Thanks~
Thanks Megan!
I will have pictures to post when I am finished the race. "Run for the Cure" Is there a spot I can post them so everyone in the forum can see them ? This is such a motivational fourm it makes me somewhat accountable for my actions and I look forward to updating my status as the race gets closer!
Hello from Best Health
Hi Katie and everyone!
I'm so glad you introduced yourself and had the opportunity to touch base with other members of the challenge. Knowing others who are working towards the same goal can be a huge push in the right direction. I think one of the things I struggle with is how to get myself motivated and to stay on top of my routine when my life gets busy. It's been a huge help to me to have a roommate that loves to run, but who also understands that working out isn't the easiest thing to do. Feel free to use this space to keep us updated on your progress. I'll make sure I do!
