I've been doing affirmations daily & learning new types of energy healing as much as I can. It's really good. I'd recommend them.:)

I too, would love to know which program you've found most helpful. I will do as you suggested and look up in the web. I'm just curious as to what you find most beneficial.

Energy Healing is super good in many ways.There's a wide variety to choose from but you can type in Energy Healing or Energy Medicine on the web to find what looks good. It's hard to explain but it involves using the energy around us & what we have.You do things like place hands a certain way near the body or speak certain words as you do this.Most all of them are very easy & have results.To hear a person tell you or just reading a short thing about it sounds farfetched, but honestly if you read more about it & look them up on the net with an open mind, you'll see it 's areal way to help yourseldf & others.
ENergy Healing
I SO TOTALLY believe in energy. Our basic building blocks are energy; every living thing has energy and I suspect some non-living things can hold energies. I would LOVE to know where and how you found your program. I do know that being around negative people is toxic to me and I choose to have a positive outlook so my energies don't negatively affect me or those around me!

I found about these things by random yrs ago. I read something in a book which led me to know more about Reiki. I thot it was gd & had the 1st level of atunement done. Since then I've only found all the info on a lot of them in library books.I 'm too broke to take a prgm etc. Sometimes I'll get a bk in a thrift store.There's a ton of info on the net on the subj & sometimes I 'll scan it fast. Just do a search of the topics & see what interests you,cuz there's so many types of energy exercises.

They're so gd because they help keep your mind ,body & I'm sure your soul clear.A person with fuzzy thinking or who's stressed can do these & feel better in time. You can do any or specific ones for your ailment.They should be done several times in a row too. They don't have to be said out loud, but is better if you can. Somehow the repetition of them sticks with you to change how we think, feel & a change in our bodies.I'm not positive yet on the physical changes cuz I don't see a whole lot of dif in my ailments,but know they can work. I do only the minimum for me cuz I have so many & too little time.:(
