Interesting article. It's studies like this that are helping raise awareness of the effectiveness of physiotherapy in the public eye. I don't think the general public really understands how much physiotherapy and rehabilitative exercise can help to improve injuries and reduce the chance of repeat injury.

these are the exact exercises that i do for my physio after i blew my acl . i do them everyday since i will most likely not need reconstruction.

One question regarding Meniscal Tears.
I'm being told that the same is being recommended (physio vs.scope)
Is this accurate?
Will physio and certain exercise help strengthen my knee problem?
I'd rather work at the physical & mental therapy rather than the surgery route.
