I haven't tried the tea... but I'll definitely check it out. Thanks for the tip.
Sugar is my vice - I could live happily eating fries or chips only once a year, but I can never resist a cookie! I don't take sugar in tea or coffee, but sweets are my main food weakness. I don't try to ban them but I do try to keep my house mostly free of sweets as my willpower is much stronger in the grocery store than in my kitchen at 9 pm.
I wish there was a cure for that darn afternoon sugar craving!I've read that drinking mullberry tea is supposed to stop sugar cravings, has anyone tried it?
