Now this is a hotel perk

I love staying in hotels (especially nice ones!), and hotels with fabulous services are just that much better. So I had to share with you this news from Toronto's Cosmopolitan Hotel.

Starting today, they're offering complimentary evening meditation classes to guests, every night at 8:30. The goal of the class is to reduce stress and increase relaxation—perfect after a busy day of business or sight-seeing, and just the right way to get your mind in the mood for sleep.

I hope other hotels catch on—this is something I'd definitely participate in. Now, if I could just come up with an excuse to stay in a hotel where I live...
