It's a sad truth that hundreds of thousands of Canadians visit a food bank each month—and summertime is when donations are typically lowest. Today is National Hunger Awareness Day, and Kraft wants you to make it an action day by donating to your food bank. When you do, from now through June 12, they'll match your donation dollar for dollar, up to $150,000.

So how can you participate? Donations can be made by visiting www.foodbankscanada.ca and clicking on the Kraft Hunger Challenge logo, by calling 1-877-535-0958 or by mail to Food Banks Canada c/o Kraft Hunger Challenge, 2938 Dundas Street West, Suite 303, Toronto, ON M6P 1Y8. Tax receipts will be issued for donations over $10.
