Quit smoking for the month of March 2009 and you will be eligible for a chance to win a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid, a $5,000 vacation getaway or a $2,000 gift card to Canadian Tire.

Why quit? For one thing, quitting improves your sense of taste and smell and helps you breathe easier. Your blood pressure will drop, your chance of heart attack will decrease and, after being smoke-free for one year, your risk of heart disease will be cut in half.

Since 2006, the Driven to Quit Challenge has helped almost 80,000 Ontarians try quitting. Last year, The Driven to Quit Challenge inspired over 25,000 Ontarians to quit smoking and, almost one year later, all eight winners from last year’s Challenge are smoke-free!
