While the one-hour class reaffirmed what I already knew about my dancing abilities (I have no rhythm), it was a great way to start the day and everyone in the group worked up a good sweat.

Afterwards, we rehydrated with a cold iced tea from David’s Tea. I tried Pink Flamingo which was a sweet and refreshing blend of oranges, tangerines and lemongrass. Goji Pop, with it’s hot pink colour and sweet goji berries, was also a popular choice.

Cheers,

For maximum flavour and moisture, marinate the pork for six to 12 hours. And let cooked meat rest for 10 minutes before cutting it to allow the juices to redistribute. Watching your sodium intake? Look for low-sodium feta, and rinse the olives before adding them to the salad.
