Fitness: Are you participating in N+TC week?

If you’ve been following me on Twitter, you know that this week I’m taking on the Nike+ Training Club challenge.

If you’ve been following me on Twitter, you know that this week I’m taking on the Nike+ Training Club challenge. The goal is to complete a workout from the N+TC app every day this week. I’m three days in and so far so good.

You can join me by downloading the N+TC app (it’s free!) and trying out these suggested workouts (find them in the "Get Focused" section of the app, except Saturday’s workout, which is in "Get Toned" – Advanced level).

Monday ‘ Spencer O’Brien
Tuesday ‘ Ab Burner
Wednesday ‘ Leaner Legs
Thursday ‘ Better Butt
Friday ‘ Shawn Johnson stretch
Saturday ‘ Carmelita Jeter

The best part? You can do these workouts anywhere so there’s no need to venture out in this frigid weather (it also means there are no excuses!). Plus, the workouts require minimal equipment, if any.
