Zesty Guacamole

Ingredients1 large ripe avocado, pitted and mashed2 tomatoes, chopped1 lime, zest grated and juiced2 scallions, chopped1 garlic clove, crushed1 tablespoon chopped cilantro Directions Combine all the ingredients together shortly before serving.
