Mango Smoothie

To make the prep work easier for this delicious smoothie, keep frozen mango chunks on hand. Toss them straight into the blender and then omit the ice.

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, psyllium, sweetener (if using) and ice. Blend on high for one minute or until the desired consistency is reached. Serve cold.
