It’s for special occasions and occasions you make special – like a wine and cheese party or an impromptu picnic. And if you’re hungry the calories in cheese (and the macros) can sneak up on you. I could live off of it every day, but a healthy approach to eating (both physically and mentally) is to have a balanced approach to food, including cheese.
